Reflex therapy
Reflex zones
Reflex therapy is a complementary therapy, based on the following principle: each part of the body is represented by a tiny spot on the foot, called reflex zone.
Other parts of the body have reflex zones, too, such as the hands, the back, the ears.
Following illness, stress or injury the pathways of vital energy are blocked and the body is in a state of ‘imbalance’. By stimulating the reflex zones it is possible to deal with the blockages in the body, to restore and maintain the balance between body and mind, and encourage healing.
Reflex therapy
As a rule reflex therapy has good results in the event of:
- physical or mental stress-related problems
- sleep disorders
- sports injuries
- pregnancy-related complaints

Since reflex therapy treats the whole person, and not just the symptoms of a disease, almost every adult and child can benefit from treatment. That goes for both acute and chronic conditions. Besides, the therapy can act preventively.
That is why an increasing number of people are using this safe, natural therapy as a way of relaxing and bringing the body in balance and harmony with itself. |
